For more than 50 years, the Mustang has served as Ford's go-to pony car. V8 engines have been a mainstay 

 Ford Mustang since its introduction many years ago, and this trend will continue with the 2024 model.

Mustang enthusiasts are worried that their beloved pony may also lose its V8 engine given

that the manufacturer is the second-best-selling EV brand in America.

A worldwide official from Ford Performance has reportedly assured a report from CarExpert 

that the carmaker won't be doing rid of the V8 engine for the Mustang anytime soon.
